We intervened and advocated for our client with the insurance company, utilizing our technical expertise and deep understanding of insurance clauses. Upon review, we identified several items that were initially overlooked by the Surveyor in their loss assessment.

We successfully persuaded the Surveyor to include these items in the calculation, leveraging our knowledge of add-on clauses and the adequacy of the insured sum. As a result, the assessment was revised and increased to Rs. 70 lakh, providing a direct benefit of Rs. 18 lakh to our client.
